RETURNS & EXCHANGES – Darifa Dresses

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right — we’re here to help.

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Requests outside this period cannot be accepted.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact (e.g. belt, pouch)
  • Free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

🚚 Return Shipping & Label Options

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is incorrect or defective.
  • The item remains your responsibility until received and checked by us.
  • We strongly recommend using track & trace and keeping your proof of shipment.

💡 To simplify the process, we offer a return label at local rates, based on your country.
You can request this via info@darifadresses.com. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for another size or color? Email us at info@darifadresses.com.
If the item is available, we’ll be happy to assist you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items without tags, packaging, or that show signs of use
  • Returns without a valid order number

🛠️ Wrong or Damaged Item?

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery to info@darifadresses.com, including clear photos.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Rejected returns will not be refunded. You may request to have the item returned at your own expense.

⚖️ Fair Use Notice

To protect the quality of our service, we reserve the right to decline returns in cases of:

  • Repeated or excessive return activity
  • Evidence of worn or misused items
  • Policy abuse or violation

Tip: Please try on your dress with care and keep the tag attached until you’re sure you’ll keep it 🫶🏼
